  1. Open a Terminal.

  2. Execute the following command:

    sudo telestaicb-debugging-info > /home/amnesia/telestaicb-debugging-info

  3. Copy the file telestaicb-debugging-info from your Home directory to an external USB stick.

  4. Send us the file telestaicb-debugging-info by email.
